  1. This service went beyond expectations. My family and friends had never experienced a service like this and it stirred emotions and understanding for honoring people that have served their country . My husband served in Vietnam as a Marine and then returning home became a New Jersey State Trooper. Service for his country while in the military and later as public servant meant a great deal to him. The Last Salute made this service inclusive with presence from the Marines and the State Police Honor Funeral Guard. My heartfelt gratitude to all those that attended and to these two organizations that honored my husband with their presence.
